| MY GO TO FALL EYE

MAC VANILLA.MAC TEXTURE.MAC ESPRESSO

Quick and simple, my go to fall eye! This is hands down my favourite eye look this fall. So, for reasons unknown I sit looking at my makeup for at least 15 minutes thinking what eye look should I do today, and I constantly go for this. Its perfect with any lip colour whether it be pink-nude, red, purple or even a dark vampy red.

Lets get stated..

|1|

Take a eyebase of your choice all over the lid, I used Mac Paint Pot in Soft Ochre.

|2|

Apply a cream coloured eyeshadow all over the eyelid and blend upto the brow bone, I used Mac eyeshadow in Vanilla.

|3|

Blend a mid-toned warm orange into and just above the crease as your blending colour also adding it under the eye, I used Mac eyeshadow in Texture.

|4|

Add a chocolate brown to the outer v of your eye then smudging it down to the outer third of your lower lash line, I used Mac eyeshadow in Espresso.

|5|

Finish with your favourite mascara and liner, I used Lacome Doll Eyes Mascara and Rimmel Khol Liner.

|FALL SMOKES

NAKED 1 PALLETE | FALL SMOKES

Its that time of year again, all the leaves are falling off the trees, nights are growing darker and a dark smoky eye is a must! Whether your off out Christmas shopping (yes it is only 10 weeks away eeeeek) or on a girls nightout this look suits everyone either paired with a nude lip or vamp it up with a dark berry lip. Its great for fall!

Soooooo.. yesterday I was off out shopping and decided to dig into my eye shadow pallets and I came across my old favourite Naked 1! After seeing all the warm gold tones I just had to use it! And this is what I came up with!

Lets get started ..

*Start of with a primer I used MAC Soft Ochre Paint Pot so the shadows stayed in place all day and the colours turned out more vibrant. (NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil would be a good alternative)

*Next blend Naked into the crease until fully blended out (use a big fluffy brush if possible)

*Then add Buck directly into the crease keeping it sharp but blended (smaller denser brush if possible)

*Next pack Smog all over the eye lid with Half Baked in the centre.

*Then add Dark Horse to the outer V of the eye and slightly blend into the crease.

*Next add Virgin on the brow bone and the inner part of your eye.

*Finish with mascara and black eyeliner on the top and bottom inner line.

Loreal Telescopic Mascara
LancĂ´me Eyeliner

Hope this isn't head baffling! I talk to much :)

|BEAUTY TIPS & TRICKS

HOW TO MAKE YOUR BOTTOM LASHES APPEAR THICKER!

Using: Loreal Telescopic Carbon Black Mascara &
Collection Liquid Liner

THATS RIGHT ! Dots can make your bottom lashes appear thicker! I have seen this all over my Instagram the past couple of days and I figured why not share it, by drawing on small little dots under your natural lashes either with pencil liner, gel or liquid it can make them look fuller. I find with my eye shape and perhaps them little buggers we call fine lines I don't really suit shadow under there so this gives your eye look a lil something else.

Try it, its great!

| DIORSKIN STAR FOUNDATION! MY THOUGHTS ?

DIORSKIN STAR FOUNDATION REVIEW!
LOVEIT? OR HATEIT?

Sooo... I recently went to a Dior counter to purchase my first ever Dior foundation! which to be honest, I can not believe it has taken me this long to actually get off my bum and go! The women at the counter was super kind and helpful and recommended I try the new DiorSkin Star Foundation. She went on to tell me it creates a beautiful light reflecting glow on the skin whilst keeping skin looking natural with a lightweight feel. After hearing the words glowing skin I was sold!

Colour: 011 (Pale yellow toned shade)

I have currently been wearing this foundation for 4 weeks now and I can honestly say it does what it is meant to! My skin is left looking healthy, glowy and natural without the feeling I'm wearing a layer on my skin. It has reasonable coverage considering it is so lightweight and the finish is beautiful. I have normal/oily skin and I find it doesn't wear off a great deal during the day like some other glowy foundations! This foundation has enough coverage to even out your skin tone i.e. redness/pigmentation as well as small blemishes.

This Dior foundation is easily buildable without looking cakey, have a wide selection of shade and also offers a sponge to be bought separate.

overall, I LOVE IT!

| BARE MINERALS BARESKIN FOUNDATION REVIEW

BARESKIN
PURE BRIGHTENING SERUM FOUNDATION

I know I'm a tad late on the BareMinerals BareSkin Foundation bandwagon but I just had to give my thoughts and opinions on it. So, I have had this little bad boy for a couple of weeks now and can honestly say I love it! It creates a beautiful glowing finish that looks just like skin!

WHAT IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE!

*Ultra-thin, silky texture

*Reveals bright, more even skin-tone
with a no-makeup look and feel

*Skin-loving formula

I have normal to slightly oily skin but it works wonders to give a natural even finish, I can hands down say this would be perfect for those of you with very-dry/dry/normal skin as it leaves skin feeling moisturised without that cakey feeling. Bare Minerals have also designed a brush to accompany the foundation which retails for £24 although I just use my Real Techniques Buffing Brush which works wonders.

This foundation is designed to improve your skin over time, I have noticed it did not break me out like some foundations and skin has continued to stay normal. To put this foundation to the test I applied it before work to see if it could handle the high temperatures of working in a restaurant! However, it did go more oily compared to other foundations I have but I can honestly say that didn't bother me one bit as I always carry my Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in my handbag for touch ups.

Colour: Bare Ivory
Price: £26

PROS

*Light-weight

*Natural finish

*Yellow based

*No Breakouts

*Brightening effect

CONS

*Goes slightly oily throughout the day

Would defiantly recommend!
Sorry for the ramble but hope this helped!
